Subscription Terms — PM Max

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These terms apply to PM Max: Password Manager subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscription overview

PM Max is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly plans. Payment is processed by Apple or Google. TFH Technologies does not receive your full payment card details. Subscription status is verified in the app through the store platforms.

What the subscription includes

Without an active subscription, you can still use PM Max locally on your device, but cloud sync is not available until you resubscribe.

Billing & auto-renewal

How to cancel

You must cancel through the store where you subscribed:

Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not delete your PM Max account or Google Drive backup. See Account Deletion for account removal steps.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall PM Max or switch devices, use the in-app restore option (where available) while signed in with the same store account used for the original purchase. The app verifies your subscription entitlement with Apple or Google.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. TFH Technologies cannot issue store refunds directly. Contact the store support team or use their refund request process.

Free trial (if offered)

If a free trial is offered in your region, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under store rules. Trial availability and duration are shown at purchase time in the App Store or Google Play.

Changes to plans or pricing

We may change subscription features or pricing for new subscribers. Existing subscribers are subject to store rules for price changes and renewal notices.
