Account Deletion — PM Max
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Applies to PM Max: Password Manager only. PM Lite and PM Pro do not have online accounts.
Primary method: delete your account in the PM Max app at Profile → Delete Account. This page provides the same instructions for Google Play’s account-deletion URL requirement and for users who cannot open the app.
In-app account deletion (recommended)
- Open PM Max and go to Profile → Delete Account.
- Re-authenticate when prompted: email/password accounts require your password; Google and Apple accounts require provider sign-in again.
- Confirm deletion.
When deletion completes, the app will:
- Permanently delete your PM Max online account
- Sign you out
- Wipe local vault data on the device
- Disconnect Google Drive on the device
- Reset subscription identity in the app
Delete Device Data (separate action)
Settings → Delete Device Data removes local vault data on the current device only. It does not delete your PM Max online account or cloud backup.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your PM Max account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel before or after account deletion:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Apple subscription management
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or in-app Manage plan where available
See also: Subscription Terms.
Remove Google Drive backup (optional)
Account deletion disconnects Google Drive on your device but does not delete
PM-MAX.txt from your Google Drive app data folder.
To remove it:
- Visit Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
- Find PM Max (or the connected app name) and remove access.
- If needed, delete the encrypted backup through Google’s app-data management for connected apps.
